Reports to Manager QC / junior officer QC
Responsible for microbiological analysis of raw materials, packing materials in process and finished products.
Responsible for propagation and maintenance of cultures.
Responsible for preparation of microbiological reports.
Responsible for testing of incoming tanker milk for microbiological quality.
Authorized to sign in Microbiological logbook and reports
Responsible for keeping Non pathogenic environmental (Production/ Material Storage area) condition
