Job Title: Product Application Specialist (PAS)

We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Kerala. 

Job Description:

As a Product Application Specialist (PAS), you will be responsible for developing and implementing applications for our company's products. You will work closely with the research and development team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and are optimized for specific applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement applications for the company's products (Pre Sales : Demo & Trails/Pilots of clients)
  • Work closely with the research and development team to ensure that products meet customer needs and are optimized for specific applications
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical support teams (Upkeeping of posters/stickers/user instruction/labels )
  • Provide technical expertise and training to customers and internal teams (Post Sales : Installation & User Training)
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
  • Provide feedback to the research and development team on product performance and potential areas for improvement (Testimonials & feedbacks from new clients)
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to showcase products and provide technical support to customers

Requirements:

  • Any science graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Freshers are also welcome
