Description

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Onsite technical & customer support for Installation, Configuration, commissioning, Key operator training and troubleshooting of Multi branded Laser/ LED/ Ink-jet Production printers & Scanners.
  • Meeting SLA- Service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction toward quality of support, cost control towards proper diagnosis and less utilization of parts.
  • Meeting Service revenue targets - towards Post sales:  Spares, AMC, Click revenue, consumables, and retaining customers through value addition.
  • Pre sales Support – Product Demonstration, sampling, achieving desired print quality, calibration, color matching etc..
  • Transferable Job - Willing to work any location in Pan India

Minimum Job Requirements

 

  • Any Diploma/Engineering Graduate; at least 0-1 year of experience related to the duties & responsibilities specified.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Should quickly learn and adapt to work with systemic approach.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCad
