• Responsible for instrumentation activities (operations, maintenance & project) of the plant. •ResponsibleforMaintenance&troubleshootingofvariousfieldinstrumentslikePressureTransmitters,TemperatureTransmitters,LevelTransmitters,Flowmeters, Level&Pressureswitches Thermocouples, RTD, Gas analyzers, Stack analyzers, various sensors, pneumatic systems, SOV etc. • Interfacing PLC & DCS with other Peripheral Devices. DCS -Configuration / Programming, Calibration/ Trouble shooting • Responsible for planning & implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance and controlling cost of Maintenance. • Develop system for Predictive maintenance, PM schedules & checklists. Adhering PM schedules • Spares Planning and Management to ensure adequate stocks of spares & consumables for un-interrupted working of the machines • Breakdown analysis and CAPA, Develop Corrective and Preventive actions of repeated equipment failures • Ensure all production assets are maintained in good condition and deliver as per the designed performance without interruptions/stoppages. • Instruments Reliability improvement. Elimination of all losses (loss-time) time, consumables and energy. • Developing and implementing plans & schedules for maintenance operations with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material. • Coordinating troubleshooting and breakdown /preventive /shutdown maintenance for curbing downtime to minimum level and improving upon efficiency. • Analyzing major breakdown & preventive maintenance findings and implementing corrective action plans. • Calibrating equipment on a regular basis to ensure performance capacity of various equipment. • Implementation & Compliance of Safety Guidelines, Standard and Safety Culture in all respect. • Coach and support teams to enable them to meet the targets.
