What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
will have a role of CNC Programming in Delcam/CNC machine Operation working in shifts
will be responsible for Job loading-unloading, setting and Cutter settings in most efficient and safe way.
Will be responsible handling machine and material handling systems.
will be responsible for delivering jobs on time and of required quality.
will be to make use of optimum cutting parameter on a milling machine.
will be doing Daily Machine Report and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
must have at least 5 year experience on a VMC involving precision setting and machining.
must be familiar with material cutting parameters milling
must be experienced in using precision measuring instruments, like dial gauges, bore gauges, measuring probes etc.
Preferably should know Mitsubishi Controller basics on a VMC
should be ready to relocate to Chennai if outstation person
preferably should know excel and CNC Daily documentation.
Should be aware of 5S and Kaizen practices.
